1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any games, websites, or services provided by Cozee Crate Studios Private Limited, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

2. License Grant & Restrictions

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our games for non-commercial entertainment. 

• Prohibited Actions: You may not hack, reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify any part of the Services.

• Commercial Use: You may not sell, rent, or lease access to your account or any in-game items.
  
  

3. User Accounts

• Eligibility: You must meet the minimum age requirements (typically 13+ or 16+ in the EU) to create an account.

• Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
  
  

4. Virtual Items & In-Game Purchases

• No Real Value: Virtual currency and items have no monetary value and do not constitute personal property.

• Refund Policy: All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law or the policies of the relevant app store (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play)

5. User-Generated Content (UGC)

If you upload or create content within our games:

• You retain ownership of your content but grant Cozee Crate Studios a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it in any promotional content.

• Content must not violate third-party rights or community standards

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for any reason, including a breach of these Terms, without notice.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• "As Is": Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

• Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to your claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Telangana, India, without regard to conflict of law principles. 

9. Multiplayer & Community Code of Conduct

Code of Conduct: You agree not to engage in any behaviour that disrupts the experience of other players. Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to:

Harassment: Engaging in hate speech, threats, or discriminatory language based on race, gender, religion, or sexual orientation.

Cheating: Using "mods," hacks, scripts, bots, or any third-party software that provides an unfair advantage.

Exploitation: Intentionally using "glitches" or bugs for personal gain or to harm others.

Impersonation: Pretending to be an employee of Cozee Crate Studios or another player.

Reporting: We may provide in-game tools to report misconduct. We reserve the right to monitor communications and take action, including permanent bans, at our sole discretion.

10. Subscription Services & Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions: Certain parts of our Services may be offered on a subscription basis (“Subscriptions”).
Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring interval (e.g., monthly or annually) as selected at the time of purchase.

Automatic Renewal: Your Subscription will automatically renew at the end of each period unless you cancel it through your App Store account settings (Apple App Store or Google Play) at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription fees. We will provide reasonable notice before any price change takes effect.

No Pro-Rata Refunds: If you cancel mid-cycle, you will retain access until the end of the current billing period, but no partial refunds will be issued.
